Wovenfree Custom Shop. American Beauty Jacquard Jacket. 50+ Years Strong!
We start with a brand new premium Levi’s trucker. Then we carefully sew vintage jacquard ribbon into the front yokes. These native jacquards were woven over 50 years ago on the original perforated card looms & remain in Deadstock mint condition. We cut these pieces from the original rolls. This jacquard is 1-3/8 inches wide.
In honor of 50 years of Beauty, we then put the Levi’s jacket on the sewing machine for nearly 2 days. Inlaying over 200,000 layered stitches w/ 1 goal in mind: to properly honor such a moment & the timeless artwork that symbolizes it.
Pictured in Cougar brown. 100% cotton. Standard fit.
