Wovenfree Custom Shop. Cats Under The Stars Deadstock Jacquard Jacket. Made to order locally. One at a time always.
We start with a brand new premium Levi’s trucker. Then we carefully sew vintage jacquard ribbon into the front yokes. These native jacquards were woven 50+ years ago on the original perforated card looms & remain in Deadstock mint condition. Then we embroider over 125,000 stitches directly into the back panel. Intensive crisp layered detail with gradations.
Pictured in Chestnut. 100% cotton. Standard fit. We blended blues & indigo purple along with chestnut brown thread to create a call & response feel with the rich jacquard colors. This jacket features the ultra rare wide edge 2 inch Navajo pattern. We hand cut these pieces from the original rolls.
